Hailing from the scenic town of Kaikōura, Te Kore is 1 of 4 siblings, his rugby journey commenced at the age of 13, where he was captivated by the game's intensity and camaraderie. After refining his skills with the Culverden Hogs, he earned a coveted spot on the Canterbury U18 Rep Team.
Seeking fresh challenges, Te Kore made his way to Marlborough Boys College, where he proudly sported the First XV rugby jersey.
Today, he stands as a proud member of the Central Rugby Club, competing in the 1st Division Premier league. Through unwavering dedication and hard work, Te Kore has secured the opportunity to train alongside the best with the Makos, where he relentlessly strives to elevate his game.
Te Kore views his rugby journey as just the beginning, propelled by the relentless pursuit of excellence. He remains committed to personal growth, continually pushing his boundaries and making significant contributions to his team's triumphs.
